OBJECTIVE: Learn the fundamentals of the game. Skill stations will be used to teach in a fun, active, and safe way! Players will get lots of repetitions. Provides a great foundation before starting league play.
EQUIPMENT REQUIRED: Stick included with registration, goggles, mouthguard, and water bottle
